Damian Gill

Damian leads the Procurement Division and oversees the strategic direction of Felix O’Hare & Co Ltd with regards to procuring new contracts and expanding our impressive portfolio of works. His day to day responsibilities include participation in the decision making process and subsequent preparation of tender submissions. He conducts final negotiations of commercial contracts, ensuring projects are structured correctly and that contractual commitments are discharged, risks identified and managed, clear appropriate project reporting is established, and that an acceptable return on our investment is achieved.
