Conor Quinn

Conor is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years experience within a wide range of sectors for Felix O’Hare & Co Ltd. Conor has the responsibility of overseeing the Surveying team within the company. As a RICS Chartered Senior Surveyor, he provides leadership and support to all surveyors on existing contracts and will also lead contract negotiations through to contract execution.

Conor implements strategic surveying functions which optimise client value and efficient management of project income and outgoings. He manages the procurement of works contractor’s package, utilising value engineering, expenditure profiling, project bench-marking, unit cost studies and projected cash flows. Conor’s duties will include amongst others, the resolution of contractual issues, reviewing, scrutinizing and developing operational process flows as well as ensuring all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations.
