The redevelopment of Millennium Integrated Primary School to include erection of a 14 number classroom single-storey school building, double nursery unit, car parking, internal reconfiguration including bus / car drop off / pick up areas. Hard and soft play areas, landscaping, retaining walls, LPG, NIE substation and construction vehicle compounds, new underground drainage system and upgrading of existing access point of Belfast Road, followed by the demolition and clearance of the existing school and nursery unit.
