Monaghan Peace Campus, Monaghan Town
The four-storey development, to take place at the former local authority machinery yard site at The Plantation in Monaghan Town, will incorporate community space, a youth facility, a new town library and a cultural heritage area.
Construction of a new four storey community building with external public amenity space over car parking, alteration of existing access onto Plantation Road to facilitate new traffic layout and all associated site works.
New parking and circulation areas will be put in place as part of the works.
