Old See House, Belfast
The works consist of the construction of a new two storey integrated mental health regional centre for the Northern Ireland Health & Social Services Authority for the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust with associated car parking and landscaping.

The works involved the construction of a two storey mental health unit incorporating an 8 bed residential unit, day care clinic facilities with associated office and back of house areas. The gross internal floor area is approximately 2152 m².
