Project Handover - City Quays Car Park, Belfast Harbour

Last week we successfully handed over the prestigious City Quays Car Park project to our client Belfast Harbour Comissioners. Our team has carried out a superb, quality construction based on the architectural design of RPP Architects Ltd, structural & civils design of Doran Consulting and building services design of ISD Consulting Engineers. A multi-storey car-park building comprising approximately 900 spaces across 18 split-levels.

This project is a multi storey car park (MSCP) adjacent to the M3 motorway, between Tomb Street and Donegall Quay, providing 907parking spaces over 9 levels. The MSCP is part of Belfast Harbour Commissioners wider City Quays Masterplan and is located in close proximity to the City Quays buildings. These include City Quays 1 offices, City Quays 2 & 3 and the City Quays Hotel and includes stair cores, lift and open (ventilated) cladding systems fixed to the MSCP structure. hashtag
